Description
This IPA is a collaboration with our friends at Publican House Brewery in Peterborough. Made with late harvest Chinook from Puterbaugh farms the aroma pops with ripe papaya and clementine peel. The flavour offers up apricot, grapefruit and of pine boughs with a restrained bitterness and smooth mouthfeel.
Pairs with: Brisk spring hikes and record shopping.
